   Took a friend to dinner for the holidays. It was a great evening. The service was phenomenal and the dinner was delicious. Scallops for an appetizer is a perfect way to start the adventure. I had the sea bass and it was amazing. All in all it was a wonderful dining experience.

   We had a great experience celebrating a graduation. Our server Ashley and the team of bussers etc was fantastic. Food was delicious. We enjoyed it all.

   Both times now I have had the privilege of eating at Ruth’s Chris, I have been treated to the most delicious steaks and sides I’ve currently had to date. Not mention the outstanding hostess and waiters. I look forward to a third visit soon enough.

   The porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection. One of the most tender steak I have ever had. Not to mention how well cooked the baked potatoes and asparagus were. The service was top notch, the dessert expresso martini and expresso martini were excellent. 5 stars all around.

   Ribeye steak was very thin and overcooked with zero seasoning. The waiter had soo many tables that he had no time for us.

   The food here is delicious, the service has gone downhill. The server Ricky seems totally out of it, it took ten minutes to have anyone come ask me what I was drinking. Even then, no bread was offered. I asked the server Ricky to clear the extra dishes from the table, he said yes, but then left without doing it and asked someone else to do it for him. I asked for a sprite with my food, the food was delivered by the server’s assistant (an hour after arriving), and the server didn’t check on the table for another 15 minutes. When he did check on us, he offered to bring us our drinks, at that point our food was half gone and we were ready to leave. This was the second time I’ve had this server, the first time was when I brought my coworkers for a company party and we reserved a private room, both times he was a terrible server. Very nice guy, too nice if I’m being honest. But politeness is not good service. The service was so bad that it ruined the experience for myself and my company both times. The food was delicious, but the whole time we just wanted to leave. It used to not be this way, I used to go to Ruth’s Chris at least once a month, I love the food, but when the service is so bad, its not worth it to pay for the food and have a bad experience. The point of these higher end restaurants is that you’re paying for an experience more than food. I don’t see how management has t fixed this issue, it’s obvious that there is a problem when this delicious fine dining restaurant has so many open tables every night when their peers “Chandlers” “Barbacoa” “Brickyard” etc. all have full seating all evening every evening. I hope you can fix the issue and get your service back to the way it was two years ago. I’ll come back and enjoy the food when that’s the case

   If you get to go - ask to be seated with Leah. She was the best server we've ever had and we've been going to Ruth's Chris around the nation for 2 decades.

    The food was excellent, however out sides weren’t served with our mains and it took a very long time to get that figured out because our server was not paying attention to our table. Drink took a long time too. Not sure what was going on with the service but it definitely impacted our experience.
