   Tashawna took great care of me! There were two other gentlemen that served me, but unfortunately, I don’t recall their names. Although they were out of my usual stuffed chicken breast, I pivoted to the prix fixe which turned out in my favor; I received my own personal cheesecake as they were out of personal slices. A dining experience I won’t forget!

   The food was OK. The price was kinda expensive. They really wasn’t worth the height my opinion, though my way to worse, moving kind of slow, but the quality of the food was good. As a middle class person financially it wasn’t worth it to me.

   We are at the bar and had very quick and friendly service. The food was great as expected. We had steaks, asparagus, broccoli and French fries. The espresso martinis were especially yummy!

   Ran out of ordered dish and never told me. Forgot gumbo order and my date got her salad and I got my gumbo 15 minutes later. I ordered a glass of wine midway through meal and it showed up with dessert and coffee. Been to a lot of Ruth’s but this was the worst service I have received.

   Had to wait to be seated, although there were many empty tables. They took us to a tiny table in a corner of a room where a large party, maybe 20 people were dining. I refused the table and after some discussion they seated us at a larger table in another room. There were empty tables the entire time we were dining. So our Christmas lunch started out on the down side. The redeeming factor was our server, Hannah. She was incredible! I will say our steaks were cooked to perfection, as you would expect at Chris’. My wife had a shrimp cocktail and the 3 very large shrimp were dried out. The baked potato was very small and hard. The wonderful steaks and Hannah’s incredible disposition saved the day. I love Chris’ and will certainly go again, just not this location.

   Starts off with warm stale water left on the table, flat soda water, waitress was chewing food while she was talking to us, takes multiple requests to get a refill on a drink, soggy french fries, the decor was worn out an old, looks dirty. The only thing that was good was the steak. I would not recommend this restaurant.

   I made reservations on Christmas Eve for myself and my husband. This was to be Christmas gift to him as this is his favorite place to dine. We usually dine at the downtown location however we chose Buckhead for this evening. The waitress server was wonderful, very attentive excellent customer service and even made a great cocktail suggestion . We both ordered the same ribeye steak for our main course. My preference medium rare, which menu describes as pink in the center and my husband’s preference was to be well done-which the menu describes as no pink. When our rib eyes were served, they were significantly under cooked. Our waitress brought this to the attention of the floor manager, Eli. Who confirmed that our steaks were both significantly under cooked and took them back to the kitchen. He very quickly returned stating they were placed on hot plates, which, when we cut into them, they were not cooked any more than they had been previously. our concern seemed to dismissed and After having already sent them back to the kitchen once we decided to pay for our drinks and appetizers, and unfortunately left hungry and disappointed Needless to say, we will not be returning to Buckhead location
