Steak was bland & unseasoned. So were the side dishes . The quality has gone down but the prices have went up

Our server was very rude and unfortunately slow. Our party of 5 wasn’t able to eat our appetisers or salads together as everything came out staggered. This was a Thanksgiving and birthday celebration and it got off to a very bad start. Fortunately the steaks were good, however after speaking to the manager, I would’ve expected drinks to be taken off the bill. I expect better and, at those prices, should get better.

We waited for over 30 minutes for ice cream for my son. The beer they brought me was in a chipped mug. I scratched my lip on it. I then ordered a Diet Coke (in Atlanta) they finally brought it and it was warm. The Turkey was good. The waiter station was directly behind our table and all I could hear was them. Over priced and not worth it. I was so looking forward to Thanksgiving Dinner with my family!

The food was amazing as always, however, I asked that our party be switched to another table because we were sat by the kitchen. It was too noisy and I actually saw a waiter touch the onion rings on a plate he was about to serve.

Had a large party, hostess was rude, head in clouds. Service was poor - super slow, spilled stuff, had to flag them down to get any thing.

This was our first time dining at Ruth's Chris and the experience was wonderful. The hostess greeted us as we walked in and we were seated shortly after our reservation time. Our server JP was awesome. He took the time to answer any questions about the menu and was attentive throughout our dining experience. The food was top tier. We really enjoyed the chilled seafood tower and our cowboy ribeyes were buttery soft. We also had the Brussel sprouts and lobster mac and cheese that was delicious as well. Overall we enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner at Ruth's Chris!

My second experience at Ruth’s Chris was awesome they accommodated another person added to my reservation at the last minute on Thanksgiving at that , so I was grateful for that our meal was delicious as always !

We’d decided to go out for Thanksgiving this year and figured that our best shot for a great meal and experience would be Ruth’s Chris Steak House. The meal was beyond disappointing. I honestly don’t know how you can marinate and season a turkey breast so that it tastes like Spam. The green beans were full of stems. The gumbo was very fishy. We opted to get extra sides of AuGratin potatoes and lobster Mac and cheese. The potatoes were forgettable and the lobster Mac and cheese had to have been prepped and then left at room temp for a while before baking, it was incredibly fishy as well. We ordered 2 cokes and a sweet tea that never got refilled. Ultimately, with tip, we left with a surprisingly small bag of dog food for around $260. I had them cram everything together since there was no chance we’d be eating it later.

Key was instrumental in making sure our table was ready for us even after we made some last-minute revisions to our reservation. Dexter was our server and he was perfect. Very knowledgeable about the special and treated us with perfect service-overall we had a fabulous Thanksgiving and plan to be back next year.

I took my son here for his 25th birthday. Everything was amazing. The food was exceptional (cooked and seasoned to perfection), and the ambiance was great, too! I can't say enough good things about this place. I had read that the portions were too small—that is NOT TRUE! Every item was enough for two people! I will be returning. Oh, and I had a deliciously strong margarita! I have nothing bad to say at all.
