    Showed up at 8:29 for an 8:30 reservation. Was told no table and had to wait 30 minutes. Not sure what the point of a reservation is. Finally seated, took wait staff a long time to take drink orders and even longer to deliver them. Made food order and ordered a bottle of wine, after a long wait, they brought the wrong bottle. Lousy service.

    We had a wonderful time and the food was amazing! The most delicious steak I probably have ever had! Also the manager working that night was very attentive and helpful towards both customers and staff!

    Service was slow and the waiter was not very attentive. Food was made well other than the Caesar salad having about a pound of parm cheese added unnecessarily.

    Ruth’s Chris Downtown Atlanta service was extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative as well as very attentive, our server made sure we had everything we needed and asked multiple times if there was anything he could get for us. He even packed our to go plates. I’m assuming the General Manager or Lead even came to our table to ask how our food and experience was. Truly a great experience from a service standpoint. The food was absolutely incredible. My girlfriend ordered the double breast stuffed chicken with au gratin potatoes, while I ordered a NY Strip steak along with a lobster mac n cheese. The food did not take long to come out considering it seemed pretty busy. The sides were big enough for both of us to share and have leftovers! Great wine and cocktail selection! Do not let the prices deter you from coming here it was completely worth it and I will be gladly returning. Truly a 10/10 restaurant experience from start to finish!

    This was my first visit. The staff was courteous and attentive. The food was delightful. The valet was the only part that didn't go to plan, but it wasn't bad enough to diminish my dinner experience.
