    The hostess was very nice. Food was good and wine selection was excellent. The seating and service, however, didn’t live up to an upscale experience. We were seated in a split booth right next to another reservation, even though there were plenty of other open spaces. I completely get wanting to maintain the server’s section, but it was a slow Wednesday night. The couple beside us were young (could not legally drink) and celebrating their anniversary. It would’ve been better for both of us if we weren’t seated so closely. It ruins the experience when you’re trying to have an expensive dinner and have to hear other table talking about Snapchat. Additionally, the dress code was not enforced for other patrons, which added to cheapen the experience. Finally, Brody was our server. We liked his personality and he would be good at a lower-end chain, however his casualness did not measure up to the service we would normally expect from RC. Additionally, we had a gift card to use from Christmas. There is nothing about my husband and I to indicate we aren’t “good clientele.” However, Brody’s overly friendly personality did a 180 when we paid with one and he barely mumbled goodnight to us. We still tipped 25% on the original check, but we’ll stick to Jeff Ruby’s in the future. There’s no use in going to this RC when better food, service, and overall ambience is right up the block.

    Ruth's Chris is one of those restaurants that never disappoints. You get what you pay for. The restaurant has a busy bar area. Service is always excellent, and I especially love that the dinner plates are heated to 500 degrees.

    Came downtown for St, Patricks parade and stopped here to get out of the rain. Service and food were amazing. Definitely will be back.

    Service was great and food delicious but higher priced than some of the fanciest. Stick to the Ruth Classics and it's not a bad price.
