    Everything was good except the $74 that came out dry and overcooked. After it was sent back the waiter grilled my wife about how she wanted her steak, “Medium as ordered” “but what are you expecting ?” Medium “, “ but what do you expect that to be?” And so on, the NEW steak came perfectly cooked but obviously they were trying to make out we didn’t know what “ MEDIUM “ was!!

    We had a 7 pm reservation. Downtown traffic was a mess and while 2 of our party of 5 arrived at 7, we were not seated until 7:50. They said it was due to 2 groups who didn’t leave. That means our reservation meant nothing as had we all arrived promptly we still would not have been seated timely. Will have to think long and hard before returning as it appeared they overbooked.

    Our favorite place to eat! The lamb chops were tasty, and the sweet potato casserole was delicious! The Ruth’s salad is my favorite! The steak with shrimp was the best we’ve had in a long time! The cheesecake was a perfect dessert! The service and ambience are always 5 star and it’s worth the drive to downtown.

    We ordered the New York strip and a filet, both medium rare. The New York strip was a bit overcooked and the filet a bit undercooked. Appetizer, desert, sides, and the service was all excellent.
