    Ken was our server and provided us with impeccable service including making us feel welcome, thoughtful recommendations, and keeping an eye on us without interruptions. The end of our evening was complimented by Johnny who boxed up our leftovers, offering us fresh sauces and bread to go with our meals, making sure we had a great experience and speaking so highly of Ken. It was a relaxing evening thanks to these two fine gentlemen.

    Excellent food, great service. No need to go to Hall’s for great steak. Just avoid the really busy times like holidays and it is wonderful

    Found an error with our final bill. Total on check did not match the final bill after credit card was taken. The amount was $40.00 higher. Alerted our server and it was adjusted. If I was not paying attention to the final check, I would have added a gratuity on top of the $40.00 difference. It was a slow evening with only four or five tables occupied so more care should have been taken by the server.

    This was our second trip to Ruth’s Chris and both times have been better than expected! The food was fabulous and the service phenomenal! We cannot wait to make another trip to Columbia and indulge in a stop here
