   The seabass melt in your mouth and fresh quality,little salty for my taste cooked to perfection otherwise. The cream spinach superior. The wait staff and managers attentive to our dining experience.

   We just had a phenomenal dinner at Ruth’s Chis in Columbia. We went to celebrate my wife’s promotion and were treated to an extraordinary night by our waiter Ken and the entire staff. From the moment we sat down we were made to feel like we were special. From the warm bread and appetizers to the great steaks and dessert, everything exceeded expectations. Ken and the entire staff are to be commended for one of our best nights ever. Thank you for making our celebration dinner special. We will be back. Thanks.

   Ruth’s Chris needs to work on training it’s Hostesses to be customer driven rather than following the “rules” they were given in training. I arrived on time with my 88 year old mother who uses a walker for a reservation made three weeks in advance. The Hostesses acted surprised that we had a table of five and wouldn’t let us go to the table even though the dining room was only 20% occupied. They made us wait standing in the lobby while they sat other tables. Why does Hall’s beat Ruth Chris? Not because of the food but because their Hosts are the best — bar none. How hard is it to consider the circumstances and seat an 88 year old woman? Even after I told the Hostesses I didn’t want my mother standing, they still made us wait. I could see our empty table from the lobby. They were incredibly rude and insensitive.

   Extremely slow service but I think they were short handed. Overall wonderful visit.

   First time here and it did not disappoint. Food was very good and steaks prepared as they should be!

    Everything was delicious, our filets were cooked to perfection, dessert was delectable and the service was outstanding.
