   We were seated about 10 minutes after our reservation time. The server assigned to our table was polite. That’s about where the positives end. We waited an hour for our meal to arrive. The server and manager apologized profusely, citing a “mix up in the kitchen” as the reason. At these prices, a “mix up in the kitchen” is an unacceptable reason for a one hour wait for a meal.

   They overbooked. We were seated 30 minutes after the reservation time. Then the waiter told us the kitchen was backed up. Salad came quickly but it took over an hour for the entrees to arrive. They have a posted dress code but it isn’t enforced. Steaks were terrific though.

   Both of our steaks were overcooked and when we sat down the wine glass had fingerprints on it from food and the bread plate also had pieces of food.

   My spouse and I made reservations with Ruth Chris Steakhouse for Valentine’s Day. Our food took an hour and a half to get to us and was overcooked. No one asked us how our food was, if they had we would have sent it back. We spent $300 for the worst steaks we have ever tasted, and a terrible overall experience. I would not recommend going here if it is the least bit busy. They cannot handle crowds and give an experience that they charge for and is expected for the price. Next year I will be going to Hall’s.

   This was the most absolute WORST experience I ever had at a Ruth Chris location! I had a party of four, the restaurant was packed we waited OVER two hours for the main course! The food was undercooked and cold! Horrible service, our waiter disappeared for thirty minutes at a time. The restaurant is not even that big. I will NOT be returning! I’m embarrassed to even say I ate there because it was not worth the time nor the money. $80 on a 6 ounce steak and four shrimp, overcooked and served cold!

   Great service, great food (it did take a little while to come out but it was a busy Valentine’s night so it’s expected).

   This was our first and last time at the restaurant. Once we were seated i we were greeted by the server. We put our appetizer order in for the crab cakes. An hour and 15 minutes later we had to ask where they were. Then 30 minutes later they came out. They were cold and you could tell they had been sitting quite a while. Then the food finally came. Which was cold to the touch. And the lobster Mac and cheese had apparently been reheated and sat several times over before it made it to our table. We had to send everything back to ask for fresh and were surprised to see the same exact plates we had refused to have been reheated again and brought back to us. For the amount of money I spent there I could have gone to a Texas Roadhouse and got a better meal, and spent a fraction of the money. Never never never again. But had head such great things about this place but it sure did disappoint us.

   We were not checked on for 45 minutes after being sat. Our salad was delivered to another table. The wait staff checked on the other tables in our area but never us. Our food was ok but not worth the price. Most likely won’t be dining here again. I can make a better steak at home for cheaper.

    We made reservations for 7:15 and still didn’t get seated until well after 7:30. When we placed our order it took forever to get our food. Everything was nice and hot except the lobster tail so that really left a bad taste in my mouth for Ruth Chris especially since it’s a 5 star upscale restaurant. I was very disappointed!!
