    The occasion for our dinning out was my daughter’s birthday. The staff did a terrific job by presenting a birthday card and decorations. Well done. We also honored my mother-in-law. We always celebrated special days at Ruth Chris.

    I ordered my steak well done and it came out pink. I informed the waitress and a hot plate was offered to me, which I agreed to. When she came back, she brought a plate full of butter and started cooking my steak on it. I was completely grossed out by the amount of butter that she added to my steak. This also made it very salty. I was there for my daughter’s birthday and didn’t want to cause any more attention to ruin her birthday, but I’m still grossed out but the amount of butter that had.

    Our experience was excellent all around. The food was delicious and reached our table sizzling hot which we loved. Our waiter Danny was awesome in every way catering to our every need. We’ll certainly be back soon.

    The service was great. The steak was great but the turkey meal was blah. Came out cold. Had to return it. Stick to steak. The turkey was blah, stuffing hard and just overall not good.

    Our entire order - all 4 entrees - was prepared incorrectly, which the server realized when it was being delivered. We were also seated in what appeared to be a makeshift satellite type of room. Was a disappointment and hopefully just a one-off because of the holiday crowds.

    The experience was rushed due to Thanksgiving. We had the traditional turkey meal and it was very average not as good as previous years. Service was excellent.

    Always a hit for us, and now the family. Great staff, and food always on point. Just wish with the Holiday - it did not prevent us ordering the special 'off menu' appetizers, but I know they accommodate us when it is regular season. Kudos to the training of you waitstaff - 10 points.
