   This was the second year in a row that we've spent our Thanksgiving with Ruth Chris and based on our most recent experience we'll pretty much be doing the same thing EVERY YEAR!!! I first want to thank our server Mark L. who made this Thanksgiving a time we will never forget. Also have to shout out McKenna who popped up out of nowhere, haha, to pitch in and help out Mark. Before you know it we were having two excellent glasses of wine (Flowers Pinot I believe?) and just having a great conversation about what looked to be an unbelievably busy night. Last but definitely not least thank you to the wait staff that thanked us for our patience several times, were extremely courteous answering our never ending question, are we coming up soon for a table, and just always smiling and having a great attitude in what looked like a mad house! Oh, and I can't forget the manager that checked on us to see how our night was going and if we needed anything, sorry I didn't get your name but I saw you hustling to the door at the end of the night to hold the door open for us and thank us for coming and let me just say we really appreciate the kindness and service! Now I'll just echo some of what others have been saying and that is this place was BUSY, like people everywhere busy! However there was never a moment that I saw any of the Ruth Chris staff look overwhelmed, stressed out, get an attitude or even not crack a smile. I mean the staff was literally trying to do everything they could to make sure customers were being assisted and their questions were answered even when more than a few people were upset by the wait. The front wait staff and servers never once chose to not be courteous, understanding, patient and pleasant! Yes our wait was long and we considered leaving for a moment not because the place was extremely busy, but because we had such a great experience last year we just felt others should have the chance to have the same. I'm so glad we stayed!

   Being that it was Thanksgiving, we knew it would be crowded. We were seated on time and the staff was very polite and attentive.

   We decided to go to this restaurant for Thanksgiving and at first, we waited 30 minutes to be seated past our reservation but we understood it was busy. We were seated next to the bar which was very loud. Then we ordered and waited over an hour and never received our meals. At that point we asked for our food to be packaged to go, as we continued to wait. The waiter said the manager would come check on us, but again we waited. I went to get the car and came back to pick up my family and there was still no food. We left. It seemed nobody was getting their food and people were lined up waiting for a table. So I think many others had the same experience on Thanksgiving.

   This was an exceptional meal. Normally I am unable to trust kitchen with a nut allergy and not be nervous about cross contamination. I asked if their thanksgiving menu had nuts and she immediately pointed out one of the sides that had pecan, but she would check on the rest of the meal. She not only checked but double checked for me. A few years ago, I went to another HIGH-END restaurant and was unable to have their thanksgiving menu, but they assured me the desert that my husband got on that menu was safe. It was not and I ended up having an allergic reaction. The waitperson "assumed" it was safe because the menu did not mention nuts in the description instead of checking. Ruth's Chris went above and beyond, and I will recommend them!

   Went here for Thanksgiving. I’m just bummed it was so bad. Service was slow and amateur. The meal itself was inedible … was looking forward to crème brûlée - but after waiting 30 minutes, they said they’re out. Upset I wasted a Holiday here.

   We got steaks, of course, but both orders were off, medium was well, medium rare was almost well, too. The cuts were fine, it was tasty, but you got to Ruth's Chris for a perfect cook. Sides were meh. Service was outstanding.
