    We have been going to Ruth’s Chris to celebrate our anniversary on Ala Moana Blvd for the past 5 years . ( live in Oregon but take care of my mom in Hawaii) The service (Chris) and food are outstanding! We are never disappointed. Yes, we do have dinner there other times of the year.

    Always a fantastic meal and amazing service. Kyle was our server and he is kind, knowledgeable and on point. We appreciate this location and the team they have on staff

    The “upgrading” of our dinner choice didn’t match what the server mentioned when reflected in the bill, it was considerably more. I should of inquired about it but we were enjoying our anniversary. I think there was a misunderstanding on the “upgrade”.

    The best. Like always. So consistently amazing. Everyone is so nice. My daughter’s steak was overcooked and it was redone quickly and perfectly. She was so happy, I’ve never seen her more determined to finish all her food before! We came for my parents anniversary and they just felt so special and had the greatest time!  The flaming strawberries are simple, but really, really exciting to have at your table

    As good as always, I’ve been coming here for years and the service and food quality has never disappointed us. I just want some of the old desserts to come back ha ha ha.

    I was disappointed that they didn’t have French Onion Soup. I wish escargot was back on the menu.

    Unfortunately we had a less than optimal experience at this Ruth Chris. Our food took extra long - over an hour, all the tables around us received their food way before us even if they came before us. The food was overcooked - all steaks and shrimp. The manager was very apologetic and went above and beyond to try to help the situation and remedy the mistakes. It was just unfortunate since this was a special occasion and left us with a less than optimal impression.
