    Excellent dinner tonight as always! Staff is beyond helpful and engaging! They are always smiling and asking how everything is and if you need anything! Food was amazing!

    I'm a frequent customer of Ruth Chris, and the food had always been on point... except this time. I always order the sweet potato casserole with my meal. When my meal came to the table, I immediately saw that it was burned on the top. I asked for it to be remade. The 2nd casserole was much better. I asked for a takeout for the same thing of casserole, but when I got home that one was burned as well. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH RUTH CHRIS and will be telling about my experience.

    This experience was not at all what I was expecting, the service was terrible. Our waitress was all over the place, causing dish accidents (twice) in the dining area, all of her tables were unsatisfied. Then at the end we waited so long for our check and desert that the host came and addressed us. Then, her and the host were arguing in front of the dining area. The food was about a 4/10. Definitely could have been better. The ambiance was the best thing out of the whole experience. Probably won’t be eating at this location again.

    Adela was our waitress. She was amazing. I can not start my praise without acknowledging the amazing service she provided. The restaurant will forever hold a special piece in my wife and my heart the food was amazing as well 10 stars

    Reservations months ahead for Valentine’s Day, asked for a booth and was sat in the side room in uncomfortable table with wobbly chairs, waiters at the tables beside us with highly elevated voices technically yelling out specials and it didn’t stop, kept on and on with every interaction, couldn’t maintain a decent conversation with my girlfriend. Also, waiter was standing over my shoulder and bumped into lightly at one time. Bumped into our wine chiller nearly knocking it over. Our waiter was great, I didn’t want to make a big deal the night of dinner and further disrupt our night.
