    We go to Ruth's Chris for our anniversary every year because of the exceptional food and service. Our server was pleasant and acknowledged our anniversary (much appreciated). The specialty cocktails were mediocre, though, and the martini glasses weren't chilled. Ruth's Classics is the way I order because I just don't eat much, and I do continue to appreciate that option. I wish the server had asked if I wanted to ad bernaise or Oscar sauce, because I would have! I just forgot to order it. We had to ask for more bread and butter and wish our server had simply delivered it. The restaurant does a fine job, but I do wish a dress code could be enforced. T-shirts and scantily clad women in literal strips of fabric that barely covered key body parts came into the restaurant towards the end of our meal. I know that the lack of manners and civility is within the restaurants control, but insisting on a collared shirt and clothing that covers body parts might be something to consider for the future.

    Had to wait 45 minutes to be seated with advance reservations. Sent to entrees back due to improper preparation - one steak and one crab cakes. Steak came back cook very unevenly. New Crab cakes came back mushy exactly as the previous order. Broiler fell while cooking our steaks and delayed meal even futlrther. No offer to off set any of the mishaps.

    Both hostesses in the front were very rude and the waiter just was not present, he took forever to bring us our drinks and other things we just felt he did not care much about our table, not going to this restaurant again.

    I love Ruth’s Chris. This was as the absolute worst experience. So disappointed. I even called Patrick, the manager, ahead of time to make sure everything was going to be perfect for our party of 9. So very disappointed. Very very long wait and it wasn't because of the kitchen. The usual 500-degree plates were “warm” and $1000 dinner was subpar at best.

    Ebony was the perfect waitress very nice made sure our drinks stayed full without even asking not to mention this my 7 time coming here and the first time they bring out this fancy wooden box with special steak nice I thought that was cool

    The Thanksgiving dinner plate was good. The filet mignon was a good cut, but lacking flavor. It needed better salt and pepper on it to bring out some flavor. I have to give it another try.

    First Time. I thought it would be my least favorite of all of my high end dining experience but it was my best. The food, The server maybe The Thanksgiving Holiday It was great to have an open menu because some of us cooked the traditional meal although we were dining out. Thank you Ruth Chris

    Hasn’t been to Ruth’s in years. Daniel was on point. Checked in when needed. Knowledgeable. Really enjoyed him serving us. Food speaks for itself. Loved it thank you guys
