    Had been to this location at this time of year prior and had a wonderful experience. However this past Saturday 2/22/25 was not so much. Very loud party of 6 sitting next to us ruined the experience from the start. My husband had to send back his Seabass as it was raw despite being on the "hot plate" it is served on. Most likely was frozen. Our server never apologized (and Manager never stopped by at all despite stopping at all other tables in the room). Server just grabbed it and took it away. (Not his fault I understand, however no communication as to what they would do to cook it or when it would come back etc.). Someone else returned A LONG WHILE later with the same piece of Seabass hot but presentation was poor. Spinach/sauce dripping off the side of the plate, etc. - it was exactly how my husband left it when it was originally brought out. My salmon was overcooked and dry. Didn't bother to send it back as we had been there long enough. My dessert was never brought out at all - totally forgot it. Was at the point where we asked for the check and dessert in a to go box because we just wanted to leave. Server was kind but extremely overworked - too many tables. Very disappointed given the price of the food. I am a manager in Foodservice and understand many of the challenges however this whole visit was unacceptable given the scale of the establishment. Ruined a birthday dinner out.

    This is a review of the restaurant in the Crown Plaza near Woodruff Road. The ambiance is that of a restaurant in the late 50s and early 60s. The service was very good and while the food was good, but not priced for what you received for the money spent. If you are looking for a more up-scale venue, go to the Ruth's Chris restaurant downtown, the same menu with a nicer facility.

    Our waitress Brittany was the best waitress ever. Considering it was Valentine’s weekend I understand it was busy but I had a reservation at 9:15 pm and did not get seated until 10pm. There were people waiting in the lobby and everywhere. They were running way behind.

    Definately not the service that I have come to expect from Ruth’s Chris. And to pay $150 to insure my reservation and being seated more than 30 minutes late. Then being told “I am taking the risk to wait an hour and a half if I have a resetvation.” The manager could not bring himself to darken our table. I will not frequent this location again.

    Was no better than a $50 meal for 2 at any random restaurant, but was $230. We had an hour wait even with a reservation, the fire alarm went off, and the server was annoying. I don't know why this place is full price when it's basically a hotel lobby with weird art on the wall.

    Had a reservation at 9:45. Walked in to complete caos. Went to the bar while waiting on my table to order drinks and the bartenders were clearly stressed and one was yelling at other employees in front of everyone and talking trash. Every employee in the building was telling every customer about how poor their day had been. Finally got sat and waited forever to even get greeted. Once we finally got our order in the food was lukewarm at best and the stuffed chicken had barely anything in it. I’ve had it a lot of times and it was really bad this time. With that being said it was Valentine’s Day and I get that it was a lot but the service just wasn’t there like usual and a lot of poor attitudes being shown out front. Take it to the back of your frustrated bc customers want a good experience without listening to all of that extra stuff going on. I really hope everyone made lots of money and ended up having a great night though. But that was just my personal experience on my first valentines dinner with my man.
