    Steaks cooked to perfection. Tender and flavorful. Julio, our server, was excellent. Food arrived in a timely manner. We will be back on our next trip to Harrahs Cherokee.

    This Restaurant is normally outstanding. This trip, the service was very good. My steak was ordered Medium Rare and came out between Rare and raw. The couple at the next table were served the wrong food and 15 minutes later the food came out rare and they refused to pay. My wife’s steak was perfect as usual. Manager did address the concerns for their table and talked to us and apologized for my steak.

    Our food wasn't cook correctly we had to send it back and get it replaced and it only cost it is $250 for two people to eat it's ridiculous and the service was okay but not great
