   Absolutely divine experience with exceptional service and filet cut like butter! Even gave a complimentary dessert for our anniversary with a Happy Anniversary chocolate wafer on top.

   Ruth’s Steak House was excellent. My wife and I always dine at Ruth’s Steak House when we visit Las Vegas. The restaurant is always clean, friendly service and great views of the Las Vegas Strip. The waiter: Randy was very Police and Nice. He took are order and attended to our needs. The food was fresh: bread, salad, vegetables and desert. The steaks were cooked to perfection and very tasty. We ordered the special: $125.00 each for soup or salad, steak, mash potatoes and vegetables. A 5 Star rating. Sincerely D & J

   Food was delicious. Hostess and waiter ruined the experience. Came in early to arrange surprise birthday dinner, then when we were going to the table, the hostess goes so you’re the birthday boy! Spoiled the surprise. Waiter was rushed throughout. Food order came out wrong. Ordered filet medallions and shrimp; forgot shrimp. The waiter said he’d bring the missing shrimp late and added $29.99 to the bill. Was also billed for a side dish food not brought to table by mistake. Another fuss about adjusting bill. Both hostesses were snarky and unaccommodating . Even getting a good table was a hassle and they were not busy at all. Too many friendly steakhouses in Vegas to waste time eating here.

   I don’t mind paying a lot of money for a good meal but this was not good food. Steak waz tough and not much flavor. Spent over $400.00 for two and it was not worth it. Just very disappointed. Was expecting a lot more. Atmosphere was great and service was good. Food was severely lacking in quality.

    Love this place! Our waitress Darcel was fantastic! Darcel was our waitress last year also and always makes us feel welcomed to Ruth’s Chris. She makes us laugh, makes sure we are happy with our food, and just loves what she does! She needs a raise!
