    We have been here a couple times and love the holidays there. This year was so disappointing. We got seated at the worst table by the server station. Our server Chris who had been there for 20 years was not good at all. We had to ask to order wine with dinner and then he never came back to pour our glasses. He totally forgot about us. We were then served the wrong food as our steaks were cooked differently. No one asked which was which and they just dropped the food and left. I had to ask for coffee after dessert was served. Just not the high level of service you would expect when spending a good amount of money. Will have to find another place unfortunately.

    The only complaint is that the tile floor is SUPER slippery. Alcohol, high heels, slippery floor=danger. Fortunately for me, Arthur was a gem, he helped me to the bathroom and back to my table. I would have slipper for sure. The food was amazing, even my leftover plate, that I had this morning, was delicious. The staff was all smiles all around. I love when I try new places and they don’t disappoint.

    AARON AND THE REST OF THE SERVER STAFF WAS GREAT. DISAPPOINTED IN THE TASTE/QUALITY OF THE SIDE DISHES, SPECIFICALLY THE LOBSTER MAC AND CHEESE AND CREAM SPINACH. ADDITIONALLY THE SURF AND TURF FILET AND CRAB TOPPING WERE BELOW EXPECTATION.

    The restaurant experience is always a wonderful event. Our only criticism is they did not honor earlier committment which cost us, or more accurately the waitress $50 in reduced tip.

    I dined at Ruth’s Chris last night with a couple of coworkers, and while one of us had been before, it was my first time visiting. From the moment we arrived, our waiter, Chris, made a great impression. He was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu, which made our experience even better. To start, we each had an espresso martini, and it was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we shared the spicy shrimp and calamari. The shrimp had just the right level of spice—flavorful but not overwhelming—and the calamari was crispy and perfectly seasoned. For our entrees, we all went with the filet, and it did not disappoint. I ordered mine medium-rare, and it was cooked to perfection. One of the standout features was that the steaks come out on sizzling hot plates, keeping them warm throughout the meal. The portion was generous, and the steak practically melted in your mouth. We also ordered a few sides: Brussels sprouts, lobster mac and cheese, and sweet potato casserole. Everything was fantastic, but the lobster mac and cheese was especially memorable—highly recommended. To cap off the meal, we indulged in cheesecake and crème brûlée for dessert, which were the perfect sweet finish to a fantastic meal. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the food. The restaurant’s Christmas decorations were also beautiful, adding a festive touch to the atmosphere. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience, I highly recommend Ruth’s Chris. It’s absolutely worth every penny!

    Not our expected or usual experience at Ruth Chris Irvine. Came here for my wife’s bday. Service was off from the time we sat. My wife had this to say; she felt rushed through, everything. From wine selections to final order. The steak was ordered medium with absolutely No char…her bday crème brûlée came out of the fridge …all sugar no crust. Very disappointing for a dinner that cost over 200.00 bucks for two. This dinning experience used to be cost half as much and you would reserve better service …NEXT TIME I will buy a Whole Foods fillet and prepare at home. Seriously disappointed. We will not come back to this location.

    We dined with our good friend for a Holiday dinner together and had a very enjoyable evening. Three of us had the 3-course dinner, which was excellent. Filets were prepared perfectly as well as the shrimp and lobster tail. Or waiter, Arthur, provided excellent service.
