   Restaurant was way too loud the first time i went to ruth chris it was very quiet. The waiter was not very attentive didnt receive refills very often me and my family were sat before another couple and they received they’re food before us and they told us at the last minute that they didnt have mashed potatoes so we had to substitue for a lobster mac that was very cold. I wont be visting again also the waiter we had kept asking for a tip very unprofessional when our meal was $100

   I hesitated to make a review because it was a holiday, but after spending $350 for my two adult kids and myself, I decided to.If you are going to be open, the quality still should be the same.We have been here several years for Thanksgiving & though none have been amazing, this was the most dissappointing. We had to wait for our table even though we had a reservation which is understandable on a busy day.So we started with drinks at the bar.I never had a bartender make eye contact with me or ask me if I needed anything.After about 15 minutes of standing and waiting I finally interrupted one of the bartenders in the middle of what they were doing to get their attention.The drinks were made well.We ordered crab stuffed mushrooms, the flavor was good but the mushrooms were barely cooked.We ordered two filets, Chilean seabass, and lobster mac and cheese for dinner.One filet was under cooked, the other one arrived at the table cut in half which was strange.They had no flavor at all and honestly tasted a little gamey in flavor.The sea bass arrived dry and more of a swordfish texture than a flakey fish. The lobster on top of the Mac and cheese was completely dried out and didn't seem freshly made.The Mac and cheese barely had any flavor.We had already paid for movie seats and were running behind from our delayed seating so we didn't have time to send anything back so I didn't even bother mentioning this while we were there.Our server was very friendly and attentive. I wish I remembered his name, as he was the best part of our evening. You can see in the pic the split steak and how dry my fish looked upon arrival.A minimal complaint, but the plate presentation of the fish was so sloppy, I couldn't include these pictures in my personal post.Though we are thankful that there was a place for us to dine out on Thanksgiving day, my kids and I decided we will save the money next year and eat something simple at home and spend the money out at another restaurant on another day.

   This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! Our poor server’s first day in the job was today (Thanksgiving) and he was so overwhelmed. We waited an hour for soup and salad, as we watched other tables be seated and get their meals. When I asked the manager what was going on with our order, she said she would check and then never returned and avoided our table the rest of the time. We were there two and a half hours for a standard meal. Do better, Ruth’s Chris!

   Fantastic Thanksgiving Feast! The food was delicious and plentiful. Miles was our waiter and he took great care of us. I tried the Prosecco cranberry ginger cocktail and loved it! Great job Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Our party of 4 truly enjoyed it.

   Average food, service needs improvement. Went on Thanksgiving, place was full—definitely need reservations. Had petite filet was good but nothing special. Broccoli and French fries OK. They do use a lot of black pepper. They took back my husbands filet and then ended up taking it off the bill. On the positive side the managers were going around checking on guest. Only way I finally got the bill paid.

   The Thanksgiving special dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was wonderful. My son and I both opted for the turkey in lieu of steak and we were not disappointed. We chose different side dishes and we were able to share them. I have been to this steakhouse a number of times and I have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend Ruth's Chris Steakhouse any time.

   The food and service were amazing as always. The only negative was the noise level in the room we were in. It was a smaller room to the right. But the food was so delicious!

    Ruth’s Chris has always produced a very good dining experience for me; however, we found the bar area at this location very noisy and rowdy; not the ambiance that befits the elegance of the restaurant’s main dining area. My suspicion for this is the restaurant is located inside the Embassy Suites hotel, in which case there were a lot of non-dining guests showing us for a casual bar experience mixed in with guests that were choosing a more formal dining experience. Many of the bar guests were very casually dressed and loud. Some were arriving from the KSU football game and it was just an odd constellation of guests seeking to achieve two very different restaurant experiences. Other Ruth’s Chris restaurants that I’ve visited in the past were all 100% oriented around a semi-formal/formal dining experience, regardless of whether guests were choosing the bar or dining room. I actually prefer this scenario, as it is more reflective of the Ruth’s Chris brand as a whole.
