   It was a wonderful experience celebrating my husband's birthday at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Our server Roselle was very attentive. Highly recommended!

   Ambience is great and the service is excellent. Crab cake is very good, we like the T-bone, it is tastier than the Ribeye. Price is higher but expected, so overall a good experience.

   Food was good, but to be brutally honest; I have had much better steaks at way cheaper prices. That being said; it was not bad. Service started off excellent! But towards the end, it appeared that our waiter got very busy, and we were left, unattended, for +30mins after our mains were cleared; with no one checking on us or offering desert/coffee. Overall it was still better than most restaurants in HKG wrt service and attention to detail. Food was tasty, but very overpriced in my opinion - but then again, most places in HKG tend to be overpriced.

   The steak was amazing, we also try the burger that was selected as part of the lunch menu, and it was delicious and the price was a pleasant surprise too! Service 10/10

    We found the booking system, "absolutely the worst". I could only get a table at 21.00, On a Sunday. We arrived to find an empty restaurant, offered a poor table and immediately informed that the kitchen was closing. While selecting our appetiser and main course, we were asked to also select dessert !!!!! We requested a better table (in an empty restaurant). Asked to see the manager as this was not the Ruth's Chris experience I am used to ! Walter the manager was charming and entirely appropriate in his response, he listened to our issues, completely surprised that we could not get an earlier table as they had capacity.... he then tried the website and found the same issues. We enjoyed great steaks and "enjoyed" our food and no issues with Walter the manager. The booking system is the worst ! Finding the restaurant was a challenge in the building ! The staff need training. I will not post on social media as I rate Ruth's Chris and the brand has been let down by this experience. Root cause appears to be Opentable, maybe they earn more commission from rival Steak Houses ??
