   Always a great experience from host to server . Sophie was our server and she was excellent . Attentive , quick and responsive. Love this location

   OVERALL: (3). We try to patronize our local restaurants but have avoided the Lake Mary Ruth’s Chris for many years due to many of the same reasons we experienced on this evening. FOOD: (3). My Chopped salad: (5). My ribeye: (3); too much fat and too little taste. Wife’s small fillet: (2); dry, little taste, not tender. Sides of scalloped potatoes and grilled asparagus: (3). Overall: (3). SERVICE: (5). Janene provided outstanding service as did the supporting staff. AMBIANCE: (2). The 70’s style décor is badly in need of a complete update. VALUE: (2). Impossible to justify the ultra-premium price of $325 including tip for the two of us when compared to other restaurant options for a steak dinner.

   Dinner at Ruth Chris is what we have come to expect. Reliably excellent service and food. As for value, you pay for the quality and service.

   This was my first time here and I was sadly disappointed with the experience. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. The service felt very rushed. My house salad was completely soggy and overloaded with ranch dressing. The steak, lobster and drink I ordered was good, I will give them that but for the price it just felt so rushed and impersonal. There are other high end restaurants in the area that really go above and beyond to make it special. This did not happen here and maybe that’s not what they are going for, but we won’t return.

   Everyone was terrific. Table set up for father's 83rd birthday. Made his day as this was his first experience at Ruth's Chris. Server made him feel very special.

   My ribeye was over cooked so I sent it back. The second one came out and was cooked just as bad. I was seriously disappointed as it was my birthday celebration. This one of my favorite restaurants and they let me down on my special day.
