At Ruth's Chris, your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. Then, your steak is broiled - to your exact order - at a searing 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to lock in the corn-fed flavour and natural juices. It's served hot and sizzling. In fact, you can actually hear your steak sizzling from across the room.

    My family and I were there for my daughter’s birthday As usual, the food was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all The servers were very friendly attentive and handled our requests very professionally - made us feel at home We will be back Ruth Chris !!👍

    Christmas steak dinner with my friend is an annual tradition. Ruth’s Chris was selected as a treat this year. We were both so disappointed. The restaurant had a lot of staff, but they were inattentive, the layout of the restaurant had me looking into a hallway where the bathroom was, with neon exit signs. The best part of the meal was coffee and dessert, crème brûlée. In my memory, this was a top tier steak house, I would recommend Chop instead.

    Had a great experience the steaks were all cooked perfectly to order and were generous in size. I would recommend buying wine by the bottle as the by the glass option were not a good value. The service was fantastic as our waiter was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu
