    Our experience was fantastic! Isis, the host, took great care of us! The food was perfect, the vibe was like no other, and customer service was great. This is my absolute favorite location! It was a fantastic experience.

    The service was slow at first. Great after that. Filets were very good. Very loud, as large groups of people were partying. The waiter was excellent!

    I love this location. They overcooked my steak but they handled it very well. Also took care of our drinks for the inconvenience. Will be back soon as usual.

    I’m a Ruth’s Chris Lover! I visited the Fulton Street location for the first time and was very disappointed! My server Raynell’s B was very good! Restaurant was very Clean but the most important thing my Food. My steak was supposed to be well done and it was bloody. My Cream potato and shrimp was very Cold! My crab cakes was warm and they are usually sizzling! What a big difference from Baton Rouge & Metairie Location! I have never been disappointed with them,never! Mrs.C

    This was by far the worst dining experience we have had in years. Valentine’s Day. We have a 12 noon reservation. Restaurant is 35% full at best. We get sat and watch as countless managers and servers walk past us for 20+ minutes until a manager asks if we need help. FINALLY. We ask her for a water and tea…..another 10. Minutes go by…server finally comes….we order…..we get our soup as for a b extra spoon... Still no tea…..another 10 minutes goes by. It’s now 12:45 and we haven’t even gotten a non alcoholic drink. The soup we wanted to share is now cold. Finally the teas comes 52 minutes into our reservation. Worst part is my wife is going through cancer treatments and it’s already hard enough to get her to go out and we finally get to go out to a nice restaurant and this is our experience. Truly awful, we called our friends at ANTOINES and they got us right in and treated us like kings. It will be a long long time before I go to Ruth Chris in NOLA. With all our choices, why would we chose to go through that crap again???
