    We’ve been to other Ruth’s Chris restaurants around the country before so we expected the one in New Orleans would be over the top. The bread was barely warm. My wife had the French onion soup which was okay, I had the chopped salad which was also okay. My bone in filet was great as was the sweet potato casserole. My wife ordered the crab cakes but found shells in the first one so they took it back and brought her shrimp cocktail. She also ordered roasted Brussels sprouts which were mushy instead of the crispy ones we’ve had elsewhere. The bill came and the crab cakes were still on it. A manager took them off the bill for us. Disappointing experience for a usually great restaurant. We won’t be back.

    Great experience as always, never disappoint. First Ruth’s Chris experience was in New Orleans many years ago and always a must stop when in town.

    We arrived to fresh rose pedals on our table. Our server Troy was amazing and very attentive. Made our anniversary so much more special.

    Do not do not do not order the crab cakes. My husband and I ordered the entree size thinking it would not be enough ,we took a bite and immediately spit it out. I'm not sure what we were fed but have never tasted anything so bad. We eat at Ruth's Chris at least once a month, so it's very sad to write a bad review. Also I ordered a glass of white wine and the glass smelled burnt or left in a dishwasher too long. They did refresh my glass, also they took the crab cakes off our bill but please do not order! Stick with steak.
