Staff used to put your napkin on your lap and used to scrap the table after a meal. It was those extra touches that set them above other places to eat at that caliber. I’m pretty sure I wrote in the reservation about celebrating Valentine’s Day and there was no special decor on table like we saw on some others. I ordered my steak medium well and was surprised how undercooked it was. Thankfully it’s on the 500 degree plate, so I cut my steak and flipped the cut edge on the plate so it cooked more. It was given to me medium rare. I didn’t say anything because I knew the plate would cook it more. I know food prices went up. It is a pricey meal given neither of us had any alcohol. Food was good nonetheless

Steak was overcooked and they had to it again. I then had to ask to have the 2nd steak taken of off the bill. It wasn’t the normal RC experience, but it was a busy weekend for them.

Excellent food, excellent service, love the environment. Even the bar seating is classy. We dressed up for our Valentines dinner but nice jeans and blouse or business casual would not have felt out of place.
