Service (Lindsey) was excellent- food was ok- nothing special- decor lacked thanksgiving feel. Much less Xmas decorations😢 All in all a good decent meal I would go again

A very disappointing experience, food was cold and had to send back. Ruth Chris did not provide a wonderful Thanksgiving experience.

Our server, Matty, made our experience just perfect! What a wonderful Thanksgiving meal!! We had a table of seven and our food was absolutely delicious. The service could not have been any better!

A little disappointed when I got there and they sat me in the bar when I already made reservations. I asked to be put in the main dining room and they said that was for reservations only. I had to inform them that I already had one????Had to wait another 30 minutes for my table and then I got the table by the kitchen door. One of the hostess look like she was very put out when she had to sit me didn’t give me a tablet like they did every other table for the wine list. When you spend $400 on a meal you expect to be given the best service I was a little disappointed. Waiter was amazing, thank God

We had a party of 5 for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a bit underwhelming.

We got to Ruth’s Chris and the hostess was very pleasant. We were seated downstairs and it was as usual beautiful. We had two servers come over and state they would both be waiting on us. We had no cocktail menus so he brought over an I-pad. All went well until suddenly our food arrived . The problem was we had our appetizer and ordered salads. We had eaten our appetizers but never received our salad. I ordered the ribeye medium rare and my husband ordered his fillet medium. Once we cut into the steak it was apparent they had cooked his medium rare and mine medium. We had to them tell he waiters we had not gotten our salad and m daughter and her husband had not revived theirs either. They had the big porterhouse and it was cooked the way they ordered and was delicious. When we asked the waiters about our salad he then asked did we still want them. Of course we did. Our drinks were not refilled and we had to ask for those. It just all seemed a bit off. I think if each waiter had had their own table maybe it would have been better. The Manager checked on a couple of tables. it never ours. By the way we eat every holiday and special occasion as well as just dinner at Jacksonville location or Savannah since we are in the middle. We started going to Savannah as we thought the food and service was better. As much as we spend coming there you have to do better. Sorry for not giving you 5 stars this time but really it was not better than average.

A little training with the wait staff on what to say and how to handle an overcooked steak would go a long way. Otherwise this is normally one of our favorite pieces for a nice meal on date night.

Nice girls dinner after girls night playing bingo (elsewhere) convenient to hotel and walking distance to other things

Nate was fantastic. Provided superior service and food was excellent. Restaurant was decorated for Christmas so ambience was perfect.
