    Our waitress was lovely and the food is consistently great, but the front desk staff left us standing for 15 mins before we were seated. With three seperate groups who arrived after us being seated first.

    Everything was okay except one thing. I asked where the restroom is to one of the staff who was cleaning the empty table right behind my table, but he seemed to be annonyed maybe because he was not my server. Is it that difficult to tell the location of the restroom? I forgot to ask his name but he did ruin my dinner. But everything else was good including my server.

    両親の還暦祝いで家族で行きました。料理もとても美味しくて、接客も日本語を少し話せる方がおり安心して楽しめました。予約する際、記念日と選択するとHappy anniversary と書かれたプチプレートをご用意してくれてとても良い思い出になりました。また機会があれば訪れたいと思いました。

    My first time at Ruth’s Chris and the experience was a memorable one! I felt special on my birthday with the care and attention to the meals and drinks I had. I will return again soon as the food was DELICIOUS and the service was out of this world!!
