    Well, we drove from Kapalua to out fav restaurant on the island now -Wailea Ruth’s (since Ruth’s in Lahaina is gone)- we got there and ready to order and the Ruth’s classics were not available after 6pm- their Open Table menu does not state that- that’s what we wanted to go to Ruth’s for 3 of the 4 of us ordering a classic then 2 upgrading to a bigger filet. But told not available- it is in their dining menu just not the Open Table menu. Very disappointed. Our server Dave was great👏👏 Our drinks were good and the steaks were great, The Mac and Cheese (w/o Lobster) was very poor- very dry and worth about $5 (maybe) not $18. Won’t be ordering that again.

    We arrived at the Ruth's Chris Steak House in Wailea, parking was easy, we arrived at 6:00 PM and our table was ready for us. We were promptly greeted and taken to our table. We were seated and then greeted by our server Matt, who was excellent. Matt greeted us and thanked me for choosing Ruth's Chris Steak House, to celebrate my birthday. At that time, Matt took our beverage orders and promptly brought them to our table. We placed our orders, and he brought our appetizers, and they were delicious. In a timely manner our main course arrived at the table. The steaks were exactly as we ordered, and everyone was completely satisfied with our dinner. Matt checked back several times and provided expert service and conversation. I will be returning back to Ruth's Chris Steak House, in the near future for another fantastic meal, before I leave the beautiful island of Maui.

    We love Ruth Chris but……The hostess stand was left unattended for at least 5-10 minutes before someone asked us if we needed help. All the while multiple bartenders, servers and others made eye contact. A simple “someone will be with you soon” would have helped an uncomfortable situation. Also, Please ask clients to stay off speaker phone when talking. It sure can ruin other patrons conversation. In facts, call should be taken away from the table.

    Come here on special occasions. Disappointed to find out they were out of Chilean sea bass. Also out of chicken & lamb chops. Ordered Irish coffee & out of whipped cream. Expected more of a restaurant of this caliber. $25 for 4 mushrooms so pricey. Overall thumbs down this time..

    The steaks are always cooked to perfection. The calamari is delicious, lightly breaded and not oily at all. The lobster tail ins my favorite. I always enjoy coming here for special occasions.

    Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Eines der besten Steaks, die ich je gegessen habe. Geschmacklich hervorragend. Der Service einwandfrei und man hatte einen wunderschönen Platz zu gewiesen bekommen. Wir kommen wieder.
