    The NEW location lacks the atmosphere of the old and other Ruth's we have dined at..The Steak lacked that Ruth's look and taste. Felt like we were dining at Cape Fear Restaurant. 1922 downtown restaurant is better in all the category's Sorry

    We had a wonderful experience. Service is top on their list. From the valet parking to wait staff to even the bathroom attendant, amazing. Worth every penny and Shelly was great!!

    Fabulous. Made our birthdays very special. Conner was great. He could teach other servers how to do it perfectly. Love that you have Halibut on your menu. It was delish.

    My steak was first brought out well done, then brought back medium rare. Had I sent it back again to receive the medium I requested, my husband would have been finished completely with his meal. Our server was nice but not attentive. We had to flag down other servers to clear dirty plates, unused glassware, a completely different server to advise my steak was served incorrectly. We chose a 5pm reservation, so this was not an issue of a full restaurant, the exact opposite. We appreciate the service industry and how hard they work. We did not take this experience out on our server; he received the full 20% gratuity for our bill. Overall it was very disappointing and not what we have experienced in the past at a Ruth’s Chris. First time at this location and are not inclined to return.

    Everytime we eat at Ruth's Chris, everyone's order comes out perfect. Our food was delicious and the staff always goes above and beyond with kindness and service. They simply do not miss. It is one of our favorite spots for any occasion.

    Restaurant was prompt in seating. Servers were attentive and food was prepared exactly as ordered. Both steak and seafood blended in delicious fashion.

    Got the stuffed chicken breast with a side of broccoli w/cheese; husband got 24 oz T-bone steak w/sweet potato casserole. Everything was delicious!!!
