    It was an another great pre theater meal. As usual, Shelly kept things moving and got us out in plenty of time for the curtain. Food was excellent. Slight glitch with one order, but that was a kitchen issue and Shelley remedied it immediately. She really is excellent

    Drinks and all sides were delicious. Steaks were just okay surprisingly. All four of us felt the same way. Beautiful atmosphere, we did enjoy our night. Just disappointed the steaks.

    Everything was FABULOUS! The staff was incredibly attentive, and even employees passing by took the time to check in on us. They even topped off our wine from the bottle, which was a lovely touch. It was clear there was a strong sense of teamwork at this Ruth’s Chris. Shelly was absolutely outstanding! She went above and beyond to make us feel special and truly took the time to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm and personable service made the experience even more memorable. She was knowledgeable, kind, and attentive without being intrusive—making sure everything was just right. It's rare to find someone who is as dedicated to their guests as Shelly is, and she truly made our evening unforgettable. Our steak was cooked to perfection, and the manager, Roman, stopped by the table to make sure everything was to our liking. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning, and I will be requesting to have Shelly again!
