Founded in 1986 the Solano family opened Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant in Lake Elsinore, California. Eleven years later in 1997, we opened our second location Guadalajara Mexican Grill and Cantina in Temecula, California. At Guadalajara’s, we take real pride in providing the freshest ingredients to ensure high-quality Mexican food. Excellent food, great service. you can bring your own wine for a very decent corkage fee of twenty-five bucks. Cheff and owner Pietro is always looking and talking to customers ensuring service and food quality are good. I strongly recommend this restaurant for a celebration, a romantic date, or a business occasion. We went on a Saturday and there was live music and the volume was enjoyable. You could enjoy the music and still have a conversation at the table.
