The food is always excellent. Nick changes the specials all the time and there is something for everyone's tastes. The wine list is great with new choices to meet everyone's budget. Without a doubt the best Italian restaurant in the greater Annapolis, D.C. and Anne Arundel area.

Tagliata offers the largest wine list in Baltimore with bottles from around the world & a focus on Italian wines. We host live music in the piano lounge. Delicious salad w baby tomatoes, ricotta, pine nuts, and red leaf lettuce and excellent wild mushroom risotto. Yummy dessert - little fried doughballs, very light and tasty. Attentive and friendly service, with good suggestions when asked. Came for late ish lunch on Sunday and ate in pleasant dining room with stone walls and wooden benches. We usually have dined on the patio, which is also pleasant when it’s not too cold. A favorite place for us.

This restaurant should really be considered one of the top two or three restaurants in Little Italy. Their food is awesome. The service… It’s personal. If you’re looking to get in and out in 15 minutes, this isn’t your place… But if you’re looking for a fantastic meal, reasonably priced, in a comfortable casual dining room with thoughtful old school service, this is your place!

The pasta was amazing My girlfriend ordered the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta I ordered the pappardelle zafferano Both were 10/10!! Only thing that wasn’t good was the fried calamari it wasn’t good at all was disappointed in that Service was great waiter was amazing

Every detail and part of each recipe served at the restaurant is made from complete scratch, from the pasta and sauces, to the puff pastry and creams in our delicious desserts!
We also serve special dinners off menu which can be reserved in advance, ranging from $37 to $45 per person. Loved every minute. We went at a quiet Friday lunchtime and were able to ask lots of questions about the source of the sausage and olive oil etc, as well as sharing memories of our experiences in Sardinia and hearing about the owners’ life there. Needless to say, the service was great. The food was tasty and filling and really fresh, with carefully selected ingredients. This is as close to a Sardinian meal in Sardinia as you’re going to get without actually traveling there.
