What a great find!! Best food we had in Cabo! amazing ambiance, excellent food and excellent service. What more can you ask for.

Very enjoyable dinner. Only comment is it was hard to find. One of the workers actually had to meet us to take us to the restaurant, but it was all worth the trip.

Manta is the epitome of luxury dining. The views, the service, the food, the restaurant ambiance, all were nothing short of exceptional. Our server had the perfect balance of checking in and did not disturb us. The restaurant itself was beautiful with an ambience that truly gave the luxury dining experience. Kudos to the chefs, the food was absolutely ecstatic, perfectly described, and beat expectations of taste. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, the food, the views, and thank you to the staff of The Cape Hotel for extraordinary service to us. Will be back most definitely!

Los Tamarindos a Farm-to-Table Restaurant is located in San José del Cabo, at the tip of México's Baja Peninsula, only a mile from the Sea of Cortez. The farm and Restaurant occupied the side of a former 19th-century sugar cane plantation. Such a great spot to walk around with a cocktail before your meal taking in the farm and the lush vegetation. Dinner was fantastic from appetizer to dessert. Service was attentive as was the sommelier suggestions for the all Mexico wine list. That was special! We really enjoyed the squid skewers and the cauliflower appetizers. I was thrilled with my lechon and my wife enjoyed her seafood pasta. Don't sleep on their coffee either. Some of the best in Cabo!

Our restaurant setting is in an open air palm made "palapa". Enjoy a relaxing ambiance made by scenic surf view, soft Latin jazz, sea breeze and the sound of the surf breaking on the beach. Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. Dishes are inspired from Old and New world, Oriental and Mexican legacies. As a complement to our main menu, we offer Mexican dinner specialties. Wine is carefully selected and brought from wineries all over the "7 Seas" from California, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France, Italy, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. Our bread, desserts and pastries are done in-house by our talented pastry chef.
