Quince’s menu is inspired by travels of chefs and lead partner to his favorite culinary cities, such as New Orleans, Lima, NYC, Mex. City. Quince is upscale casual. The uplifting familiar music, attentive service, and spectacular views from all 6 terraces come together to create a fun & entertaining atmosphere that is the “Quince Experience.” After helping make Quince the “#1 Rooftop Restaurant in the World” in 2020, Quince’s exec. chef, Gonzalo Martinez, is still evolving the culinary scope of its menus.

All seats are in the fresh open air with different coverages, including umbrellas, retractable awnings and hard cover. Seats have different views of SMA’s gorgeous sunsets, mountains, iconic churches and its historic Centro. Wonderful experience. Our server, Gabriella, was amazing. The steaks were cooked to perfection, at the requested doneness. The wedge salad was perfect. This was the night of Christmas Day, so we would have forgiven any missteps, but we didn’t need to. Outstanding.

Storm started during dinner and the staff jumped into action making sure customers weren't getting wet, continued to check on us after the power went out, hand wrote our check, guided us to the stairs with flashlights... overall amazing customer service and fantastic food! We will be back!

La terraza en Numu tiene una ubicación ideal para mejorar todavía la experiencia tan apreciada de las terrazas en San Miguel de Allende. Está en Nemesio Diez, a unos pasos del parque Juárez y con excelente perspectiva de casas y torres de iglesias coloniales, especialmente de la Catedral de San Miguel Arcángel. En esta terraza se puede disfrutar sin prisa, de un exquisito menú de desayunos con platos ricos, abundantes e indulgentes, además de opciones saludables. El chiste es despertar sin prisa, comer con calma, y darse el regalo - más raro cada vez - de estar, sin ver el teléfono ni el reloj. Ese es el verdadero lujo, el de tener tiempo para disfrutar, es estar con quien se comparte la terraza.

Luego, por la tarde, es un punto maravilloso para dar la bienvenida al atardecer, que será casi un ritual, por su posición. Será la música que ve caer la tarde, y de ahí, la noche que mantiene este espíritu de no correr, de no tener que demostrar nada, porque simplemente, es.

What a beautiful space to enjoy delicious food. Our party of four enjoyed the Cesar Salad, Cheeseburger, & fish of the day. Every dish was prepared to perfection. Our server was delightful and attentive.

Chef Vicente Torres is a chef originally from Ibiza, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean and one of the most well-known cuisines in the world, which influenced his cooking. He received his first Michelin star at the restaurant La Sucursal, in the Valencian Institute of Modern Art (IVAM). The concept was developed and executed by Bruce James, who with an eclectic and sophisticated design, managed to create an atmosphere that escapes San Miguel de Allende. The ornamentation, reflections, and geometry play an important role in constructing a timeless environment that refers to the aesthetics of Art Deco, and at the same time, has design touches that place us in the current context and intensify the contrast between the past and present. The eclecticism that characterizes this project can be seen in its cuisine, a mix of a brasserie and a steakhouse. The bar was recovered from an old cantina, which now offers an exquisite selection of whiskeys and classic cocktails.

The food was excellent in our first visit to this restaurant. Recommend the octopus and huichinango. The dishes came out a bit slow considering that the place was not full. Otherwise no complaints.

We had an amazing view at sunset and the service was fantastic. Food was good and steaks came and in very large portions so it’s better to share because if not you’ll have plenty of leftovers.
