El concepto nace como una continuación de la travesía culinaria del chef aventurero, Eduardo Palazuelos, por las Islas Griegas. Su menú se distingue por la frescura de sus alimentos provenientes de tierra y mar, incluyendo el uso de vegetales, aceite de oliva y hierbas, sobre todo la fusión de creatividad y experiencia de recetas griegas de Palazuelos.

En Zatziki, encontrarás una variedad de platillos llenos de elegancia y sabor, servidos en porciones ideales para compartir. Además, en algunas ocasiones el personal lo acompaña en la mesa para terminar de preparar el platillo al momento poniendo el toque final. Mar del Zur es un restaurante de comida de autor; creamos la cocina MexTai: una fusión de gastronomía mexicana y tailandesa. El mar del sur era el nombre como se conocía originalmente al Océano Pacífico. Fue descubierto hace 500 años y con esto se dieron los mayores cambios en el mundo formando así una gran ruta marítima que facilitó el comercio e intercambio entre continentes. Mar del Zur engloba los sabores de la ruta que recorría la Nao de China desde el sureste Asiático hasta México. El Chef Eduardo Palazuelos, hijo de la famosa banquetera Susana Palazuelos y dueño del restaurante Zibu en Acapulco Guerrero, ha sido galardonado con una serie de premios, entre ellos el Pochteca de Plata por la Secretaría de Turismo y en ambos restaurantes por tres años consecutivos, el más alto reconocimiento de calidad para empresas de lujo en México, el Five Diamond Award.

We create dishes that stem from our roots and traditions, and when combined with techniques and trends from different regions, they unleash the honest and genuine flavors of our menu. A menu composed of dishes meant to be shared and enjoyed around the table.

The origin of each ingredient is fundamental to our cuisine. We have forged close ties with producers from nearby farms to source high-quality ingredients, reflecting the fertility and hard work of our community in the fields.

We cook slowly, with care, with love, and with passion, to bring to the table a flavorful, nutritious, and honest cuisine.

We offer a 15-minute grace period for each reservation. If you do not arrive within the allotted time, your table will be automatically given to another guest.

Amazing views, great service, delicious food!! Try et were so accommodating as our tour from the vineyard ran late and kept our reservations. The host was king enough to call us a cab.

Beautiful restaurant with good food and attentive service. While the service was a bit disorganized, everything worked out in the end. The food was well-prepared and tasty. Definitely a nice place to enjoy a meal in Querétaro.

El Mirador is a bar focused on Vinology, cocktails with Puerta del Lobo wine designed to highlight its flavor and create unique experiences, as well as signature cocktails, spirits and our first Craft Beer created by us.

It is important to know:
- You cannot get to the restaurant with your car, you must park at the bottom and our van will take you to the restaurant since we are at the top of the mountain. The journey takes approx. 10 minutes and only 15 people fit, so we recommend you arrive at the place on time and on time.
- The viewpoint is an outdoor space, you must bring: Sunscreen, hat, jackets/sweater (weather may change)
