El concepto nace como una continuación de la travesía culinaria del chef aventurero, Eduardo Palazuelos, por las Islas Griegas. Su menú se distingue por la frescura de sus alimentos provenientes de tierra y mar, incluyendo el uso de vegetales, aceite de oliva y hierbas, sobre todo la fusión de creatividad y experiencia de recetas griegas de Palazuelos.

En Zatziki, encontrarás una variedad de platillos llenos de elegancia y sabor, servidos en porciones ideales para compartir. Mar del Zur es un restaurante de comida de autor; creamos la cocina MexTai: una fusión de gastronomía mexicana y tailandesa. El mar del sur era el nombre como se conocía originalmente al Océano Pacífico. Fue descubierto hace 500 años y con esto se dieron los mayores cambios en el mundo formando así una gran ruta marítima que facilitó el comercio e intercambio entre continentes. Mar del Zur engloba los sabores de la ruta que recorría la Nao de China desde el sureste Asiático hasta México. El Chef Eduardo Palazuelos, hijo de la famosa banquetera Susana Palazuelos y dueño del restaurante Zibu en Acapulco Guerrero, ha sido galardonado con una serie de premios, entre ellos el Pochteca de Plata por la Secretaría de Turismo y en ambos restaurantes por tres años consecutivos, el más alto reconocimiento de calidad para empresas de lujo en México, el Five Diamond Award.

Our server did his best to have us enjoy a delightful meal. Although part of the restaurant in under a renovation process, you could barely notice this as all of that aft made sure you felt comfortable and welcome. Shout out to this friendly and service oriented group.

Hacienda la Laborcilla is an upscale Mexican restaurant with an absolutely stunning interior. There are several distinct dining areas, each with their own style. The main dining area resembles an ancient Roman hall, complete with statues and stonework that looks like it was hand-laid. There is also a marble dance floor where guests can step out if there is music that evening. Hacienda la Laborcilla also has a huge pool that guests can sit outside and watch under the shade of palm trees. Popular dishes include tortilla soup, chile rella�o, as welll as marinated shrimp and chicken.
