Le S3 Restaurant est un lieu où le soleil, le surf et le sable côtoient les steaks, les fruits de mer et les sushis, pour une combinaison parfaite de l'atmosphère des îles et d'une cuisine internationale à base de produits issus de la mer. Un grill au feu de bois illumine l'intérieur et met le feu au menu composé de poulpe grillé, de bavette, de brochettes de poulet mariné, de toasts de crevettes et bien plus. Laissez vos yeux s'inspirer grâce au large choix d'aliments du bar à aliments crus qui propose des produits frais comme le Tiradito Wahoo, la limande, le vivaneau ou encore des petites assiettes, notamment le trio à tremper (feta fouettée, pois chiches et aubergines grillées) ou des gâteaux au fromage de chèvre. Vous pourrez aussi choisir parmi la variété de petites assiettes du menu à prix modérés.

We started with the bang bang shrimp ($18) and grilled octopus ($21). Well, that was supposed to be the apps. But after the shrimp came, then came my entree of a sushi box ($60). No food yet for my partner. Then his sea bass entree ($49) came… but no appetizer yet. We also had grilled asparagus ($9). We asked what happened to it and at first no one seemed to know. Later a manager came and apologized and said he would comp the octopus which still hadn’t arrived. We were mostly done eating by the time it showed up. It was not warm. When the bill came the octopus was comped, but they had charged us for two orders of octopus. When I pointed that out to our server Lamia, she said no, I was wrong. I asked her to look again at the bill and she started to argue I was wrong but then realized no, she was wrong and corrected the bill. The food tasted ok, nothing great but the server interaction really left us cold. The music level made it almost impossible to hear people talking.

Been going to S3 for a few years now, they are always consistent with amazing service. Our last waiter we had, Terry, was awesome.

S3 stands out as one of Fort Lauderdale’s few unchanged establishments, which is positive. Though I miss the vibrant bar ambiance with pearls, stardust, doughnut holes, and a captivating brunette bartender, the cocktails and dishes were exceptional. My indulgence in doughnuts before ordering churro toast at 40 was unwise, and the coffee was mediocre. The location offers breathtaking views, a refreshing breeze, and amenities, but excessive traffic noise occasionally triggers fire alarms, preventing a flawless five-star rating.

the S3 staff was the best, it was my first time dining here and i will definitely keep coming back, the food, ambiance and attitude from staff was the best i’ve encountered.

I usually love the edamame, but it was very mushy tonight. I got the bowl for dinner and it was so salty. I could barely eat it.

The food wasn’t great. The burrata was spicy which was unexpected, the lobster ravioli was so salty I had to return it. The bang bang shrimp and the sushi roll were good. We also had the lo mein which was also very salty. The service was spot on and the management was fast to help out. They treated us kindly. I wish the food was better. It took quite a while to get drinks, we had our appetizers before we had a drink. Timing of food drops was off since I had my food before anyone else and had to start because it was a hot meal. Overall not great but the location and staff were perfect.

We had a lovely evening at S3. The service was amazing, thank you Nam especially! Also all the other staff who rushed to move us out of the rain when there was an unexpected pop up shower. The food was delicious too! We had 2 excellent sushi rolls (dragon and blue crab),a seaweed salad, the Chilean sea bass (small portion but perfectly cooked) and we shared the coconut cake (huge and delicious!!) for dessert.
