Sapore Italiano is a fine dining restaurant aiming to bring the best to our customers.
We are open for dinner every day from 4pm - 10pm.
Spring hours (February-April) - Thursday - Sunday

Reservation are required.

Own cakes are not allowed except wedding reception.

Every year we are participating in Restaurant Week Event which takes place in June and November. Before making reservation please check menu on https://www.cmrestaurantweek.com/

                            Food was excellent. Brought out timely. Clean and not noisy. We had to ask for fresh pepper and grated cheese. Usually in high end Italian places this is offered. No olive oil with bread. Butter packets provided instead. Specials were not priced on the menu. Overall pleasant experience.

                            The service was great our server Zeida was excellent! I don’t live in Cape May but will definitely recommend it to people that I know that visit every year, and when I return I will most certainly come back! Regards, Marta Servello

                            When you order dessert and it is vanilla gelato and cherry sauce swirled together that’s what you expect. Instead received a frozen cup of frozen gelato that you had to chisel away at to eat.

                            One of our favorite spots in Cape May. Always love the candle and low lighting ambience while enjoying the delicious food. The holiday touches were very pretty. Service was good. The servers and bus boys worked very hard. They were working to do their job but they asked me 4 times if I was finished when I was still working on my dinner. They were busy in there too so I think they wanted quicker movement at the tables.

                            Food quality was very poor. We’ve been frequent customers but the last two times we visited the food quality has been noticeably poor. I was extremely upset with the veal dish I had the other two sea food dish were significantly below par for the $42 per dish charged. Very ssd.
