All four if enjoyed everything we ate and found the food to be reasonably priced. The restaurant offers a nice and comfortable atmosphere and it’s easy to have a conversation and be heard across the table. We we surprised that with a 6:45 pm reservation and Italian restaurant would be out of minestrone. Service was slow. Waiter was not seen much and I Ordered a beer before the meal came and didn’t get it until just finishing the meal.

Service was friendly but slow. It took almost 15-20 min before the server gave us water after he seated us. Then more wait after he took our order. The food was tasty and we all had a good time overall. I would return but hopefully you have more staff available in future.

Everyone in our party of enjoyed the dining experience we had at Saranello’s. We were greeted politely upon entering and seated immediately with our OpenTable reservations. The food was very good and served in large portions. Our server Mike B was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Managers Dan and Ari stopped by to check on our satisfaction. We highly recommended Saranello’s restaurant!

Gave it another try but now it’s definitely off our list of places. It seems every time we go there is some dance competition next door and they take over the restaurant. I don’t know if they don’t have enough staff in the kitchen or what but everyone is running around like they are overwhelmed. Service is slow & the food was average. When it first opened we really liked it but it’s gone down. It’s busy but not sure with how many locals or it’s mostly the hotel. Seems like some of the Lettuce restaurants need to make some improvements. Starts with management!

Surprised, but LOVED that all wine bottles were 1/2 price on a Friday night! Food was delicious (I had and would recommend lobster ravioli) and our server Maryna was very friendly and very attentive - didn’t have to wait for or want anything! Brought tasty little chocolate cake pieces with candles for our two hubby’s birthdays 👍🏻

The supper club menu is the best. It is so much better than Restaurant Week! I just wish Lettuce would permanently remove that 3% service charge!

The server had left menus with specials on the table but didn’t know anything about them. We ordered a children’s chicken Parmesan which was very very spicy for a child. We requested salt and pepper which weren’t on the table and never received. The Angus burger was served Luke warm and much less tasty than on precious visits. Why were both the whitefish and Walleye fish selections both crusted in pistachio? We had the Walleye which was mediocre at best. Overall quite disappointing compared to several previous visits.
