Depuis le 2 octobre 1968, le prestige du Sardine Factory a transformé un repas dans l'historique Cannery Row en une véritable institution pour les dirigeants du monde, les plus grand sportifs et les icônes du spectacle. Ses chefs primés préparent de délicieuses créations de fruits de mer frais et durables ainsi que du bœuf de qualité USDA maturé à sec. Le restaurant a également remporté le prix de « La meilleure carte des vins des États-Unis » du magazine Restaurant Hospitality. Les spectacles, la happy hour et les menu abordables du salon représentent une alternative décontractée aux autres salles à manger. Try the raspberry sauce Ask for the conservation room Mark was a lovely waiter. Very attentive, very interested in our experience. Actually one of the best waiters I’ve experienced in the country

This was our first time visiting The Sardine Factory. We’ve heard many good things about this restaurant and we can now concur this establishment is one of the best restaurants in the area. From the moment we entered the doors we were great by Adam. A very warm and inviting host. We were led through an eclectic dining area back to the “conservatory”. A refreshingly nostalgic decorated dining area and were promptly greeted by our service. From the moment we were seated to when we left our water glasses were never empty, bread basket was kept full and the meals themselves were delicious. The dishes were imaginative, complex, flavorful and well presented. Our evening ended with some tasty desserts, a cappuccino and a latte. We couldn’t have been any happier with the whole experince.

Amazing visit. Everyone there was attentive and kind. Our waiter had very good recommendations we went for and was not disappointed. The prime rib is the best I’ve ever had.

The mash potato was so salty for both of my friend's meal and the tomahawk steak was so rare when we asked for medium rare.

What a Great Experience! The restaurant has a fabulous character and decor. The food was Outstanding, the Service was Wonderful plus they have entertainment in the Piano Bar. This is a Don't Miss Restaurant for Dinner!

It continues to be one of the very best restaurants at least in California. A big treat of delicious food, great staff, good wine selection and parking. The chef owner still checks in with the diners. The waiters were knowledgeable about the food and the service was excellent. It was such a fine experience, that we have invited our son and his family to join us for dinner there tomorrow night.
