   Last night 8 of us had dinner to celebrate a landmark birthday. It could not have been better! As always, the food was delicious and the service impeccable. Orlando and his crew took excellent care of us and made it a night we’ll always remember.

   Loved everything about it!! The atmosphere is great service is amazing and best of all it’s beautiful inside!! I come to visit Monterey once a month, it’s literally my childhood favorite to come by this town and I never in my life have been to this restaurant. I will definitely recommend headed back home !!

   Our server Brandon was attentive and delightful. Quite possibly the best Chilean sea bass I’ve ever had!

   Server was awful he completely ignored us but catered to the tables that “spending” more money then us. He acted annoyed when we asked questions. The pasta da Vinci. Tasked like bad overcooked mushroom stroganoff. However Dave the sommelier was amazing and Adam the manager was nice. For the price we won’t be returning.

   It was a bitter disappointment for a restaurant that is one of our favorites. In spite of a large staff working that night, it took 40 minutes to receive the bottle of wine that we ordered; even with repeated inquiries as to its whereabouts. Bad show for our anniversary dinner.

   The Sardine Factory is a truly unique and fantastic restaurant, and one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We had the pleasure of trying their Early Three-Course Menu, available daily from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for $69 only per person. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, and each dish was presented like a work of art. I can't wait to visit this place again with my family and friends. Thank you!
