   We've been regulars at Sax for more than a year now, and we have never been disappointed. The food is delicious, served hot and in a timely manner. The service, by far, is the best on the Seven Mile Beach. The servers are knowledgeable about their menu, helpful, and attentive without being annoying. The system in place, using food runners, assures your meal is brought to your table promptly upon completion, regardless of how many tables the server has. And their wine list is excellent. Top to bottom is a great experience.

   Everything from the food, service and ambiance was over the top. Our waiter was Patrick who is always so accommodating and really loves his job!

   SO here's, the deal...we have been to "Sax" many times and always HAVE enjoyed it - BUT last night - after driving from Margate (about a 30 min. drive) as we sat down we were told there was a "Prix Fix" menu...when I made reservations I asked would the menu be the same as always - and was told "yes"...they said there would be a "Valentine"s Menu" along with their "regular menu"...(in the past their "Christmas" menu - was a special menu and their "regular" menu) my friend, also went on-line to check out the menu before we arrived and their was NO mention of a "Valentine's menu"...we did not wish to order from this menu ...so we left and dined somewhere else..the Manager, was very nice, BUT should have offered (my opinion) a return voucher for future dining...was a most disappointing evening at "Sax"...

   Having been to SAX the last three years for Valentine's Day. The food presented for dinner was probably the best we have had. We just wish the service provided by our waiter matched the dinner.

   It was a pre-fix menu & each course was delicious. The service was excellent.

   Good food. Good service. A very long wait after all said and done. The meal took well over 2 hours and it was only apps entrees and dessert with 2 other tables. Patrick was great and knew his stuff! The food is very unique and different. They definitely experiment with flavors and some are hits and some are misses. Would return since it seems to be rotating flavors for breads and some desserts 7.5/10

   Very nice evening. I server -(I think her name was)? Jacques? - she was amazing. She had great knowledge of the menu. She was attentive and brought out something extra for my birthday, which we didn’t even request prior. She was wonderful.
