   I specifically asked in the special request section on OT to have the back room table. We have hearing impaired guests and need the quiet area. Not only did the restaurant ignore the request but did not even notify me prior that it was unavailable. The host told me when we got to the front desk. I could have pulled out the ADA Act requirements, but I let it go. I asked for the quietest spot in the restaurant they had. No sooner had we sat down they placed a young family with a very loud, crying toddler near us. The entire time they were there it was nearly impossible to hear the conversations at our table. I'm very upset with the way this was handled. This was a special occasion with guests from California whom we rarely see and were passing thru Altamonte.

   Food overpriced for average flavored food. Service was slow. Disappointing. Higher cost seemed more for the atmosphere than for the food.

   Excellent dinner, the food here is consistently outstanding. They have a great staff, very attentive, and very personable. Very enjoyable evening.

   Great service! We had reservation for 4 but brought an extra person and they accommodated us. Food was excellent as usual.

   We had such a wonderful time celebrating our birthdays at seasons 52. They took exceptional care of us there ! The food and service was amazing .

   Seasons 52 was an excellent choice to visit with family members while passing through the area. The 6 oz. Filet Mignon was a “right size” portion and perfectly prepared, and the Rainbow Trout delicious! Service was friendly and efficient - would definitely recommend for a nice evening out!
