   My wife and I had dinner at Serafina last night and we certainly understand now the reasons behind the rave reviews. The food was excellent. We sat outdoors right on the water and the place had a very nice and relaxed ambience. The service was excellent as well. I could tell that every staff person was trying their best and hustling around. Staff was very attentive and sincere. My wife had pasta with a pear stuffing and pesto sauce. I had a generous serving of muscles in a garlic, white wine sauce and the whole branzino, which was perfectly deboned. It may not be in a fancy hotel or overlooking the Fort Lauderdale beaches, but this is a wonderful restsurant with great food, service, and ambience. .

   First time dining at Serafina, it was absolutely amazing. From ambience to the our main dishes. I enjoyed every bit of being there by the water. The main course was a healthy portion, as well as delicious. Service was great even as they were pretty busy. I will be returning for sure! Lovely time at a lovely place!

   Overall, the experience was great! The atmosphere is always wonderful and inviting here. The food did not taste the same as it did within the past few years, this could be due to a change in kitchen staff. However, it was still overall pretty decent. As for the price point for the quality, I would say that it’s pretty fair as well, I was not overly impressed with the lobster ravioli, however. Not pictured were two appetizers: octopus and burrata. The octopus comes with a side of mixed greens, as does the burrata , which is a nice touch. However, the octopus is described as charred, and ours was slightly under done. It could’ve been left for just a little bit longer. Also not pictured for dessert was the ricotta cheesecake. The presentation could’ve been a lot better as there was just whipped cream. Haphazardly sprayed on the back end of the cheesecake. It also didn’t taste as fresh as it did the first time that I had had it. Seeing as how it was Valentine’s Day weekend, this all could’ve just been one off. But I will definitely be back to try again!

   Went for brunch. Found out they are not serving the tuna anymore, which was a big reason i chose the place over others. Not much of a menu selection, but the skirt steak was pretty good at a reasonable price. Service wasn’t the beat at all. Nice to sit by the water (a marina).

   Not recommended to anyone we had a reservation at 6:30pm we requested outdoor they say it’s fine ones we get there they put us in a small room I ask the hostess very nicely there’s anyway you can set us outside she started yelling to us this is what we have and I’m going to set you outside.unbelievable to treat guests like that !

   We had a delicious meal last night with a nice bottle of wine and a burrata appetizer. Everything was delicious- very generous portions and it’s so nice to be on the water!

   We received outstanding service. It is charming and elegant environment overlooking the water. The food was superb,from the delicious salad ,gnocchi to the salmon dish. We fully enjoyed our experience in this fine dining relaxed environment.
