The food was very good. We had an issue with service being very slow, but the manager was very attentive and rectified the situation. We would still recommend this restaurant. Service issues do happen from time to time, even at the best restaurants.

Waited forever to be served. Food was cold. Servers did not seem to like their jobs or tourists. I would not return. Also they did not have any bread! Terrible place. I would not waste a day of your vacation.

Waited about 30 minutes past my reservation finally seated outside even though I had reserved inside Read about slow service (like all of Puerto Rico…) so ordered drinks and meal when waitress finally came to table about 20 minutes) a lot of waiting for two drinks all food showed up later after long wait All food ordered not worth price or wait Don’t bother with this place no matter how much others rave about it…

Service was very slow. The waiter apologized and told us that our appetizer would be out shortly. Team minutes later they brought out our entrees… no appetizer. At that point we just canceled the appetizer. No manager involved. No one seemed to care very much. Our entrees were pretty good.

Alcoholic drink prices varied according to if you purchased at the bar or at the table. A draft beer was $18! We ordered two Ceasar salads and both were not dressed well. We asked for a side of dressing and were charged $2….after having a $500 bill. Nasty manager who was condescending and plain rude. Overpriced for mediocre food at best. Would never go back and would never recommend.

The penne al vodka tasted like straight bacon bits. Very unappetizing. Pizza overpriced. Server was very kind

With a reservation, it took an additional 40 minutes for actually be seated. Very unorganized. Once seated, the waitress was great. The food took absolutely forever, not fun when your have children waiting and hungry. The food was underwhelming considering all of the great reviews. Certainly not work the dollar amount.
