Hostess was rude. Waitress was nice. No AC, got bitten so many times by misquotes. There were bugs throughout the entire restaurant flying around. Food was over priced for the quality.

Not worth the time or money. Finding parking is one challenge but once we sat down, our cocktails came right out after ordering. After receiving watered down cocktails our appetizers came out only for them to barely be lukewarm. Waited a full HOUR before receiving our entrees that contained no flavor whatsoever. Overall very disappointed do not follow the reviews if you’re a true foodie. Food looks better in the photos than actually eating them.

We enjoyed this restaurant so much earlier in the week that we decided to return for another fine meal. This place is a neighborhood gem!

We came with high hopes, but unfortunately, this restaurant didn’t live up to the hype. As frequent travelers and food lovers, we seek out quality dining experiences, but this one fell short. The prices were high for the small portions we received, and while we expected bold flavors, the dishes missed the mark. The rigatoni with meat and orecchiette with sausage were both overwhelmingly salty, making it hard to enjoy the meal. Additionally, the service felt rushed and unfriendly. From the moment we sat down, we felt pressured. Our main courses arrived while we were still eating our appetizer salad, leaving us little time to enjoy the dining experience. Overall, we left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

This was our second visit to Serafina and it was just as good as the first time several years ago. They have a great location in Condado Beach, right along Ashford Avenue. The atmosphere is vibrant and very comfortable. Serafina has amazing Italian cuisine, but I was drawn back by their amazing wine selection. The Serafina bar is top notch, as we also had a great mojito and an excellent smoked Old Fashion. Serafina is great for all types of groups. Our children were very young for our first visit. We had an equally great time with little kids as we did with big kids. Whenever we’re back in San Juan, we’ll be sure to return.

The food was super tasty. The chicken Cesar salad was excellent! Also the entire restaurant has a super cute vibe. This is a great spot for couples or groups out on the town. The music was fantastic too!
