Usually one of our favorites. This visit subpar. Usual order came out different from last 4 recent visits, waiter blamed new chef. Smaller size of dinner serving. Food was good but not worth the price. Hopefully not a future trend and just an off night.

Service here is frequently poor. Hard to get anyone to pay attention much less be nice or care—the one exception was our server at brunch. The mushroom pizza I ordered had what looked like maybe mushroom paste(?) and did not taste like I would have expected from such a simple recipe. Not sure what’s up with their gelato menu, they literally had 1 out of 8 flavors; and other days this week the gelato selection never matches the menu. Serafina is a black eye on an otherwise decent La Concha resort hotel.

Service was very slow, food was very overpriced for diner-quality “Italian” dishes. The “focaccia” was really just a flat bread, and it took 20 minutes to come. The pasta we ordered was clearly microwaved (boiling hot food, piping hot plates). The sauce for the truffle ravioli was definitely watered down and tasted like frozen raviolis. The prices were insane for the quality of the food and slow service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately, the food was not very good at all. They made us wait about 10 minutes with no one in the place for a table and we had a reservation. All of the food was adequate at best. The server was nice, but not overly attentive. Prices are very expensive for poor quality food. This is definitely a tourist trap and I think that I’m done with this place. I was happier with the $1000 I spent at STK the night before
