Jordan our server was awesome and gave us suggestions and they did not disappoint. Hot rock Wagyu is a must! Firecracker shrimp and yellowtail jalepeno - delicious! Black cod, lamb chops, sizzling teriyaki all delicious. Our family dined here for Christmas and enjoyed everything about it : )

This place is loud. Like from the moment you open the door and descend down the stairs. It was narrow, loud and crowded and made me anxious. The service was excellent and the rolls were good. Didn’t care for the sauce on our potstickers (maybe that should be on the side?).

I think Shabu always has a consistent product which is hot, quickly served and tasty. I just think they have consistently year in a year out been better a staple for my dining experience in Park City for good reason.
