Sharps RoastHouse has been voted one of the best Seatac restaurants. We are a local restaurant and bar next door to Seatac Airport (Seattle International Airport), just outside of Seattle. We offer scratch American Cuisine, fine crafted cocktails and Northwest wine and beer. Our custom roasting works showcases our 12-hour Hereford Prime Rib, Applewood Smoked St Louis Ribs and spit fired organic rotisserie chicken. Perfect for a quick bite before a flight or layover or after picking up a hungry friend from a long day of traveling.

I'd rather you raise the prices on the menu then bring me a bill telling me to pay your kitchen staff. I know minimum wage is higher but it reflects on ownership and management more than anything.

We’ve been coming here for years, but it had been a while since we had been in. The nachos with the pulled pork, super delicious. It wasn’t too loud, the service was great. I had the bacon brisket sandwich, and my wife had the Carolina gold. Both meals were fabulous. I’ll be coming back more often.

Very nice meal. Sharp’s has a good draft beer list, many local and regional breweries represented. The wine list is heavily weighted to Washington and Oregon wines. The brisket mac & cheese was outstanding, and the prime rib was very tasty. We may be back soon.
