We've driven by this restaurant many times and said we have to try it. We hadn't been there since it changed ownership years ago, so we decided it was time. We sat in the bar and the care facilitator in charge of the bar was also our wait staff. Her name was Karla and she had great suggestions - my husband settled on the seared steak and chips, but got a small Caesar salad which he said was the best he has had. (He loves Caesar salads so that is big praise) I had the 1/2 boneless chicken and fries. The BBQ sauce was very good as well. We will be back to try the prime rib since everyone has said it is delish!!

Great, good value food in a very pleasant pub/restaurant setting. Service as always was excellent, fast, friendly and efficient. All the food comes out fresh and hot. Particularly like the small plate fish tacos, avocado toast and the pork nachos (to die for). Salads are excellent too. Drinks are a little pricey, but we are in downtown Seattle by the airport. House wine is good value at $10. We stay at the Coast Gateway next door every time we are at the airport, usually about once a month and always eat here. Definitely will be back.

We were surprised that this restaurant had a lot of smoked meats and bbq along with everything else you might want. Drinks were great and we had a combo bbq platter which was perfect for 2. Food was very good and our waiter Martyan (sorry for spelling) was from Siberia Russia and was very friendly and attentive. Good place to eat if you’re near the airport. Make a reservation.

Don't miss the prime rib. House specialty. Great scratch martinis and manhattans, too, at prices that can't be beat.

This was our first visit since the renovation. Place looks brand new! I’m happy to report that the prime rib is equally as tasty & tender as before. The cod & chips has improved from great to awesome, since now there is now one very large filet, instead of the multiple smaller pieces that other restaurants feature.

We stopped here because of two people suggesting it. The waitress brought us a little square pan of corn bread. We asked for honey and were told it was on there. We ate a few bites and decided it needed more honey. We asked our waitress (the one that just said honey was on the corn bread), and were told they don’t have any honey, so she brought is some maple butter sauce instead which is what is on the cornbread. I ordered the fish and chips and my husband the ribs. Our food arrived. The fries were lukewarm and soggy for both meals. I went to cut off a bite of the fish and found it grizzly. Another bite and the inside of the batter was raw. I ended up stripping all the batter off the fish to eat it. When discussing the issue with the waitress saying I have never had grizzle in cod, I got a flipant “fish is often grizzly”. They did end up comping the fish, so I gave a star for that, but then I was surprised with the bill. They add a 5% gratuity for the cooks on the bill in addition to the suggested tip of 18%, 20%, and 22% on the bill for the wait staff. Not only did they charge the 5% on the rest of the meal but on the wine which was over half the bill. If that wasn’t enough to make me not return, the waitress went into depth about how she loses 30% to taxes on tips and has to tip out the rest of the house. With the increased minimum wage and the inflated prices of meals, even if she keeps 50% of her tips, she is making more than many. Tips were meant to reward great service, and should not be expected when you cant even check on my during my meal.

A wonderful surprise. I am going back. My prime rib was perfect. My friend had Cobb Salad and thought it was the best he had ever had

We eat at Sharps every time we’re in the area. We’ve never had anything but a great experience, until our last visit. Our server, Jasmin, treated us like we were an inconvenience to her. She really tainted the experience for us. The food was amazing, like always. My husband loves the salmon chowder and the brisket Mac and cheese is phenomenal. We were never offered drink refills and when we asked for to go containers she was, for the lack of a better word, indifferent. We had multiple containers so I asked her for a bag, she told me I could go ask the hostess counter for one. We will come back because a bad experience one time isn’t going to ruin the restaurant for us, we were just very disappointed.

I'd rather you raise the prices on the menu then bring me a bill telling me to pay your kitchen staff. I know minimum wage is higher but it reflects on ownership and management more than anything.
